Yes! We are delivery ONLY

Zone 1 (0-20 miles from Horn Lake): Free Delivery (Includes Horn Lake, Southaven, Walls and parts of Olive Branch/Memphis)

Zone 2 (21-30 miles out): Flat $30 delivery fee (e.g., Collierville, Germantown, Hernando)

Zone 3 )31-45 miles out:) Flat $50 delivery fee (e.g., Tunica, Senatobia, Cordova

If your event falls a bit outside our standard zone, reach out to us directly—we always try our best to accommodate.

*Please note that applicable state sales tax (MS or TN) is calculated separately at checkout based on your event's delivery location.

When do you confirm delivery times? icon

We will contact you about a week prior to your event to lock in a specific drop-off time.

This lets us coordinate with your schedule, check the local weather forecast, and make sure everything is completely aligned so your day runs effortlessly.

What does delivery day look like? icon

We will arrive at your scheduled time with all your rental items. We ask that an adult (18+) is present to sign for the equipment and show us exactly where you want everything placed. Tent MUST be setup by our team ONLY; otherwise, we will drop everything off at your designated, easily accessible drop spot.

Do you offer weekend deliveries? icon

Yes! To make your event completely stress-free, we actually prefer to deliver and set up large packages or tents a day early when our schedule allows. We don’t charge extra for early drop-offs

Will my rental items be clean? icon

Absolutely. We hand-clean, deep-sanitize, and inspect every single item after every single rental. We treat our inventory with professional, child-safe protectants to make sure everything arrives looking crisp, bright, and ready for your guests.

Does getting a quote reserve my event date? icon

No, a quote does not hold inventory or secure your date. Because our website features real-time live booking, items remain completely available to other customers until a reservation fee is officially made. We highly recommend completing your deposit right away to lock in your items.

Can I add more items to my order later? icon

Yes! As long as the items are still available in our inventory for your date, you can add pieces to your rental package anytime up until we load for delivery.

What if my guest count changes or I need to downsize my plan? icon

We know event planning involves moving pieces, and we always want to be flexible. However, once you reserve an item, we turn away other potential clients for that specific inventory on your date. For that reason, if you need to reduce certain items, we require that the overall total booking value remains equal to or greater than your original order. We can easily help you swap a reduced item for fun upgrades like extra lawn games..etc

Do you provide sand, water, or hoses for the toddler tables? icon

Our Vibe Junior Zone activity tables are delivered completely empty and deep-sanitized. The client must provide the water source, backyard hose, and play sand.

What are the care rules for overnight toddler table rentals? icon

We require that water tables be completely drained of water at the end of your evening. This keeps standing water from attracting pests or collecting lawn debris overnight, ensuring the tables stay perfectly clean for playtime the next morning.

When I get a quote, does that mean my order is officially reserved? icon

No, receiving a quote does not hold your items or lock in your event date. Because our platform uses a live, real-time booking system, all inventory remains open to other clients until a booking deposit is made. To ensure you get the exact tents, tables, or Vibe Junior Zone gear you want for your weekend, we highly recommend finalizing your deposit right away!

Do you have order minimums for delivery? icon

To ensure we can provide premium service, on-time arrivals, and professional handling of our equipment, we utilize a tiered delivery zone and minimum order system based on your distance from Horn Lake, MS.Our minimum order subtotals (before delivery fees and taxes) and flat-rate delivery structures are as follows:

Zone 1 (0–20 miles from Horn Lake): FREE Delivery with a $100 minimum order requirement. (Includes Horn Lake, Southaven, Walls, and parts of Olive Branch and Memphis).

Zone 2 (21–30 miles from Horn Lake): $30 Delivery Fee with a $150 minimum order requirement. (Includes areas like Hernando, Germantown, Collierville, and Cordova).

Zone 3 (31–45 miles from Horn Lake): $50 Delivery Fee with a $100 minimum order requirement. (Includes outer communities like Tunica, Senatobia, and extended metro areas).

If your order falls under our delivery minimum, please reach out to us directly—depending on our schedule, we may still be able to accommodate your event for a small, standard delivery fee

We are all about bringing the fun, but we also want you to party with total confidence! While we bring the premium gear, you are completely responsible for any damage, loss, or accidents that happen during your 24-hour rental window.

Because unexpected moments happen, Vibe Event Company, LLC highly recommends grabbing an event liability insurance policy. Trust us, it’s a quick, affordable step that ensures your celebration stays stress-free from start to finish!

Check with Your Venue First: Hosting at a professional venue? They might already have a blanket policy! Just remember—it is completely up to you to double-check that their coverage actually extends to third-party rental equipment like our tents, tables, and games.
Venues Don't Cover Everything: If the venue’s policy leaves out our rentals or doesn't cover guest slip-and-falls, you'll want to snap up a quick independent policy for the weekend.
Your Financial Responsibility: Deciding to skip insurance (either personally or through your venue) is totally your choice—but it does not waive your financial responsibility if equipment gets damaged, lost, or someone gets hurt.
